Can I prepay for an additional monthly data transfer/bandwidth?
No. If you need more monthly data transfer, you need to upgrade your account.

If you need a larger plan than we list, we will work with you to provide a larger plan.

What will happen when my site go over the data transfer limit?
The system has the capability to block sites that exceed their data transfer limit. If you go over your plan limit, your site will be suspended until the next calendar month or you upgrade your plan.

I don't have a credit card. Can I pay by check or money order?
We do not accept checks. You my pay by money order, however, the hosting plan must be prepaid for 6 months. It is not feasible to accept money orders for only a few dollars every month. If you want to send us an international money order payable in U.S. FUNDS, please send it to:

Please make sure you print or write on a piece of paper the following info Your full name, your email, what domain you would like to use, whether you want us to register it (if you want us to register it please add the appropriate amount as stated at www.dotcompresence.com/domains.html for the one year domain registration) or you have an existing domain, and what plan you are paying for.
