Yes, you can upgrade at any point. Just send an email to sales@dotcompresence.com and let us know which plan you want to upgrade to. We will send you a new payment link. No there is no charge for upgrading in hosting plans!

Can I register my domain name with you?

Do you offer unlimited bandwidth?
No, it is not possible to offer unlimited bandwidth at all. That would be lying to our customers. Like everybody else, we are required to pay for the amount of bandwidth we consume to our upstream providers. We then in turn pass this fee to our customers in order to provide enough resources to our customers. This also applies to other hosts as well, not just us.

Can I try your system before deciding?
Sure, we can give you a 30 day money back promise, if we fail to provide what is outlined in on website in your first 30 days, we will refund you all your money.

Is there a minimum contract length?
No minimum contract length, you can cancel your account at any time.

Can I host adult related sites?
Yes, we allow adult content as long as it abides by local laws, no child pornography of any kind is tolerated! You will be terminated without a refund and will get reported to the proper agencies! We do not tolerate it at all.

Can I host a "Get Paid To" or "Paid To Click" site?
Yes, we allow you to run "Get Paid To" and "Paid To Click" programs.
However, you must install them yourself or have the developer do it for you. Also, "GPT" accounts are monitored closely for usage.

Do you allow MP3 files? Do you allow streaming of videos?
Yes and no. We have no problem with you putting one or two of these files on your site, as long as those MP3’s and video files are legitimate. Please make sure you select the proper plan which allows it. We suggest a higher bandwidth and space plan because most likely, since its mp3s and videos they tend to be bigger files and once they are streamed they consume a lot of bandwidth.
If you have a lot of or only these files on your site, we may consider it to be an illegal distribution site.

How soon will my account be activated?
Most Accounts are activated within 24 hours! In the case we need to confirm billing, we will contact you.

Do you offer money back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This is only valid when the customer is abiding to our terms during the stay with us. We also ask the user to provide the reason of cancellation.

I already have a domain, can I use it with your hosting? what are the steps?
Yes,if you already have a domain you can use it with our hosting plans. The first step is to go to www.dotcompresence.com and select the hosting plan of your choice. Then follow the steps to order it. (if you want to fully transfer the domain to our registrar and extend the registration for one year please go to www.hostdimedomains.com/domains.html) After you paid for the hosting you will receive an email with all your login information to the server. You MUST also login into your domain control panel where ever you registered the domain and modify the NAMESERVERS or DNS to ours, our nameservers will be in the welcome email, you must make those changes in order for your website to be live. Once this is done, it usually takes 24 to 72 hours for your domain to propogate the internet.

Can I refer people to sign up for your Web Hosting?
Yes. You can sign up for our affiliate program here. After that login to affiliates members area and copy the banner code of your choice, put that banner or the unique affiliate link that we gave you anywhere on your site. By sending people to the our site, our system knows that it is YOU who referred them when they click your affiliate link to come to our site, and you will earn commissions for sales made to that person.
